EARTH SKIN

Earth skin es la técnica pictórica de creación propia en la que estoy trabajando actualmente.

Se trata de una textura de apariencia satinada, realizada con emulsión vinílica que se contrapone al vacío mate y crudo de la tela del lienzo. Podría parecer una piel orgánica, con sus arrugas de vejez y sus partes tersas de juventud.

El vacío juega un papel fundamental, intentando que así el lleno cobre potencia.

Me gusta pensar en mis pinturas como si fueran una pequeña parte de algo más grande.

Earth skin is the self-created pictorial technique that I am currently working on.

It’s a dense texture, satin appearance, made with natural pigments with water that contrast with the vacuum ant the matt of the raw cotton canvas. It could look like an organic skin, with its wrinkles of old age and its taut parts of youth.

Emptiness plays a fundamental role, trying the full gains potency.

I like to think of my paintings as if they were a small part of something bigger.
